Healthy yogurt – it’s the ultimate food staple.
Perhaps you have yours at breakfast, topped with mixed berries and a sprinkling of seeds and nuts.
It even works at dinner, softening a spicy homemade curry or adding creaminess to a best soup recipe.
It’s hard not to love it.
But a report published this week, revealed that of the yogurts sold in the UK, less that 10% could be classed as being low in sugar.
Which means? According to EU regulations, less than 5g of total sugars per 100g.
Healthy yogurt is packed with benefits – it’s a source of protein, minerals and vitamins, and contains friendly bacteria to keep your immune system and intestines happy – so who wants to undo those benefits by unconsciously swallowing spoonfuls of the sweet stuff?
Which is where Team WH comes in.
We’ve rounded up some of the best healthy yogurt on the market, so you can stock up in a jiff.
